Staff Privileges at: Hopkins County Memorial Hospital, Sulphur Springs, TX; McCurtain Memorial Hospital, Idabel, OK; Baylor University Medical Center, Dallas; Baylor Surgery Center, Rockwall, TX; Paris Regional Medical Surgicenter, Paris, TX.

Residency: Brooke Army Medical Center, San Antonio, TX 1976-1979.

Internship: Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, WA, 1971-1972.

Medical School: Tufts University, Boston, MA, 1971. College: Dartmouth College, Hanover, NH, 1967.
