The doctors of Eye Center Associates are very thorough in their examinations and explaining to you what they see and why they see it. You will actually understand that tests are being done and why.

Dr. Philip H. White started the practice in 1980 where it evolved from a temporary mobile office in a construction trailer to the thriving eye care facility that sits there now.

Dr. Joel D. Elsten joined Eye Care Associates in August 2000 as a part-time associate and became a full-time associate in January 2002.

Dr. White and Dr. Elsten work together to provide you with the best care possible.
