| Dr. Joel Elsten grew up in Caddo Mills, Texas,
where he graduated from high school in 1991. He then attended East Texas
State University, now known as Texas A&M - Commerce, where he obtained
his Bachelor's Degree in Broad Field Science. From there Dr. Elsten was
accepted to the University of Houston College of Optometry (UHCO), and
earned his Doctorate in May of 2002. During his training at UHCO, Dr.
Elsten was one of three students in a class of 104 to be recognized with
Letters of Clinical Excellence for all his clinical rotations. Dr. Elsten's Career interests are: Family Vision Care ages 6 months to senior eye care. LASIK Claucoma Sports Vision Dr. Elsten's Hobbies are: Spending time with his wife and children Softball, Volleyball, and Golf Hunting and fishing Community Service with Commerce Lion's Club and ETSU Alumni |
